I ordered the 6x which fits like a comfy 2x, I truly love this waist trainer I get on treadmill and do 2 miles a day and it's definitely helped me with sweating a lot more and I noticed that my stomach isn't as bloated this is my everyday go-to because I'm really trying to lose weight and I think that this was a very wise investment and it's so comfortable I'm actually going to order another one because even though I love using this working out I also loves just wear this run house because I also suffer from back pains and I've noticed that wearing it just around the house as well has helped relieve me of some of the back pains that I've been suffering from and so I'm really excited to see what me using this product for a total of 2 months is going to look like because literally using it Monday through Saturday when I'm on that treadmill (2hr cardio)I've already lost half an inch ,off my waist line so I am just super excited!
